Gates Powertrain Division exits Gates Corporation with its acquisition by The Sterling Group to become Stackpole International.

Launch of new Engineered Products facility in Turkey.

Tomkins PLC Holdings is purchased by onex/CPPIb.

2008

Launch of Engineered Products activities in China to support Asia engineered pumps market.

2006

Established Joint Venture in Korea to support Asia powder metal market.

2005

Launch of Engineered Product Division – Ancaster, Ontario

Launch of Powder Metal Division – Ancaster, Ontario

Nominated for 1st oil pump business in Europe (AUDI).

Divested the carbon business to solely focus on the design, development and manufacturing of powder metal components and oil pumps for the automotive industry.

Starts oil pump production with its first application at GM.
